Marcus Rashford of Manchester United scored twice against Wales in Group B Round 3 to take England to the knockout round of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
England comfortably progressed to the knockout rounds after pouring out a fantastic performance on Tuesday, conquering the Wales, who displayed a mediocre effort and was ousted from the game.
Thanks to a fantastic brace from Rashford and Foden’s smart link up play and goal, the Three Lions defeated a poor opposition that is now obviously approaching the end of their peak.

Marcus scored the game’s first and third goals in the second half, which saw England win 3-0.
The second goal of the game, scored by Manchester City’s Phil Foden in the 51st minute at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar, came before Rashford’s third goal.
Wales finishes fourth, and as group B leaders, Southgate’s squad goes to the round of 16.
Wales needed a few points from this game, but they made very little of an effort, and England improved after the break to win easily.
