Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey both started for Rangers in the first leg of the UEL knockout round play-offs, while Leon Balogun was injured.

Joe Aribo, the Rangers’ top midfielder, dominated the midfield and contributed an assist in the team’s resounding victory.

Morelos caused problems on Dortmund’s poor defense, and Kent showed off his incredible skill throughout the game.

To avoid the hosts from being absolutely humiliated, Bellingham and Guerreiro managed to score late consolation goals, but Van Bronckhorst’s squad dominated possession from start to end.

The 1,000 or so traveling Rangers supporters couldn’t grasp what they were seeing in front of them for the rest of the game.

Their squad never gave up, and they had opportunities to go up 5 or 6 after grabbing a 4-1 over the German outfit.

Rangers have a chance to book a spot in the next round when they meet at Ibrox on Thursday. As their busy February resumes, the focus swiftly shifts to Sunday’s trip to Dundee.
