Thiago Silva, a premier defender for Chelsea Football Club, is expected to sign a contract extension that will keep him with the team for at least another season.
The Brazilian defender’s wife, Bella Silva, recently claimed that there are no current plans for them to leave the team.
According to what she said and was cited as saying by transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano, who posted the news on his official Twitter account, it is clear that they are enjoying their stay at Stamford Bridge.
The Chelsea defender is willing to speak with the owners about a new contract, and he plans to meet with them as soon as possible.
Silva, who joined Chelsea in the summer of 2020, just turned 38. Despite this, the Brazilian has been a crucial starter for the Blues and has performed admirably well ever since.

Thiago Silva has contributed significantly to the Chelsea squad since leaving French Ligue 1 outfit PSG for the Premier League.
Remarkably, the Brazilian went on to win the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.
Toward the end of the current season, Silva’s existing contract, which he signed in January 2022, is set to expire, but Bella, Silva’s wife, says Chelsea fans shouldn’t be alarmed because they aren’t in a rush to leave the West London club.
