Terem Moffi inspires Lorient to victory over champions Lille

Phenomenal Terem Moffi inspired FC Lorient to a hard fought, well deserved victory over Ligue 1 Champs LOSC Lille on Friday night.

The Super Eagles forward helped the Christophe Pelissier’s side to secure a 2-1 win as he delivered MOTM performance during their Ligue 1 game week 5 clash.

The 22-year-old had the quality to put Lille defense to the sword and finished the match with a late winner to secure all 3 points for his side.

Armand Laurienté opened scoring for the home side with just seven minutes into the game, with Moffi grabbing the assist.

Burak Yılmaz leveled the scores for LOSC Lille 18 minutes later before the Super Eagles forward, Terem Moffi scored 3 minutes to stopage time to secure the victory for FC Lorient.

After scoring 14 goals in his first season in Ligue 1 last year, Terem is now on a mission, with two goals/assist in fives matches.
