Oparanozie nets brace to help Dijon secure win over Soyaux

Super Falcons star, Desire Oparanozie put up a phenomenal performance on Saturday to help her side – Dijon secure a win over Soyaux ASJ at the Stade Bernard-Delage.

The Dijon captain was the Heroine as she notched a brace to help Dijon FC Feminine seal a hard fought 2-1 Division 1 victory away to Soyaux.

The 27-year-old broke the deadlock for the Visitors 24 minutes into game. Kelly Gadea then scored in 50th minute to level the scores.

Before the Super Falcons forward doubled her tally 2 minutes later to seal the win and all 3 points for the Yannick Chandioux side.

Her compatriot Onyinyechi Zogg also played the entire 45 minutes for the hosts while new signing Esther Sunday was an unused substitute for the visitors.
