Liverpool secure all three points vs Crystal Palace

On Sunday afternoon, Liverpool won all three points in an enthralling Premier League match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

In the first half, the visitors raced to a two-goal lead before Palace missed multiple chances to get back into the game.

To make it 2-1, Edouard tapped home from close range. Palace had a couple of chances to tie the game up, but Alisson kept them at bay.

The Reds were subsequently awarded a penalty by Fabinho, who converted an extraordinarily soft penalty.

With that win, Liverpool cut the distance to the top of the league to nine points, and they still have a game in hand on leaders Manchester City.

They had some luck with rulings going their way and Alisson’s remarkable effort in goal. Crystal Palace maintains their 13th-place finish.
