Chelsea’s winger Hakim Ziyech recently took to social media to ridicule Al Nassr, a Saudi Arabian team, for their failure to secure his signing despite initial discussions.
The Moroccan national team player was on the verge of joining Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, a knee issue detected during his medical examination caused the deal to fall through.
Ziyech has since returned to his holiday and lightheartedly tested his knee on the field while mocking Al Nassr’s evaluation of his fitness.
The highly anticipated transfer between Hakim Ziyech and Al Nassr encountered a significant setback when a medical examination revealed a knee problem.
Despite Chelsea’s willingness to reduce the transfer fee and facilitate the deal, Al Nassr was unable to come to an agreement with the player.
Ziyech, currently enjoying his vacation, chose to demonstrate his fitness and mock Al Nassr’s concerns on his Instagram story.
The skilled winger showcased his agility and playfully tested his allegedly problematic knee on the field, leaving fans entertained and questioning the Saudi Arabian team’s assessment of his condition.
If the transfer had gone through, Ziyech would have become Al Nassr’s flagship signing of the summer, joining N’Golo Kante, Kalidou Koulibaly, and Edouard Mendy as the fourth Chelsea player to make the move to Saudi Arabia.
