Seung-Ho Paik scored for Korea Republic to make it 4-1 76 minutes into the match. Following the delivery of a free kick, the ball was blasted in and cleared to the post’s outermost portion.
Paik took a touch and then beautifully half-volleyed the ball past Alisson into the goal, but it was simply a consolation goal as Brazil went on to win 4-1 after the final whistle.
Brazil will now face Croatia, who also secured their place in the final eight by beating Japan in a penalty shoot-out in their Round of 16 encounter.
