The Julian Nagelsmann side took a 2-0 lead at the break after Muller’s magnificent header crossed the line before being cleared, and Sane’s long-range strike beat Ter Stegen at Allianz Arena.
Barcelona didn’t respond well in the second half, and Musiala rounded things up for Bayern with a neat finish after a swift break.
Barcelona will not compete in the Champions League knockout rounds for the first time in over 20 years, and will instead enter the Europa League draw on Monday.
Bayern are the third team in the competition this season to win all six of their group games, and they will learn their opponents for the last 16 on Monday as well.
