Trelleborgs FF and Ostersunds FK played out a 1-1 draw in an entertaining match on Tuesday night as two Nigerian players – Henry Offia and Jordan Kadiri displayed stunning performances
The two Nigerian players displayed their scoring abilities as Trelleborgs FF and Ostersunds FK battled to a 1-1 draw during their Superettan league game.
Henry Offia and Jordan Kadiri were both on target as Ostersunds grabbed a late goal to steal a point from Trelleborgs at the Vångavallen stadium.
The Swedish second tier sides kicked off their league games on April third with both teams battling for three points in their match day three game.
The first half ended goalless after a closed contest from both sides but it took Henry Offia just two minutes into the second half to fire the Kristian Haynes side ahead.
The visitors kept on pushing, looking for equalizer and it all paid off in 77th minute as another Nigerian – Jordan Kadiri leveled the scores for the Amir Azrafshan team.
Trelleborgs in 10th position with just four points will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they face J-Södra on Saturday, 23 April.
While Ostersunds will also be hoping to move up the table from 13th position with just two points when they face Dalkurb on Saturday as well with the Nigerian duo looking to continue their scoring form.
