Terem Moffi has opened his account for the new season as he scored the winner in Lorient’s 1-0 Ligue 1 victory against Monaco.

After their 1-1 draw against Saint-Etienne last week, the Super Eagles forward helped the Christophe Pelissier’s side to secure their first win of the season with his first-half strike at the Stade du Moustoir on Friday.

The 22-year-old converted from the penalty spot in the 31st minute as the home side held on to the lead for the entirety of the game.

After 14 goals in his first season in Ligue 1 last year, Terem Moffi has started the 21/22 season in the best way possible.

New season, same goalscoring touch.
