Stephen Odey can’t stop scoring as he continues his brilliant start to the new campaign with a stunning MOTM performance for Randers FC, when they faced Czech First League side – FK Jablonec.
After his fourth league goal of the season helped seal a 2-1 win over OB in Superliga at the weekend, the forward netted a brace on Thursday in the UEFA Europa Conference League, Group D clash.
Stephen Odey’s late spot kick helped the Danish Superliga side secure a 2-2 draw at Stadion Strelnice stadium, his sixth goal in 8 games for Randers.
Tomáš Čvančara broke the deadlock for Jablonec 35 minutes into the game, but Stephen Odey leveled the scores just a minute later.
Tomáš Čvančara then restored the lead again for the home side 53 minutes before Stephen Odey converted a penalty in 90th minute to secure a 2-2 draw for the visitors.
The 23-year-old Nigerian featured for 90 minutes for Randers and had just 4 shots on target, hitting the woodwork once.
Randers remain in 3rd spot in Group D with just one point below FK Jablonec.
