Moses Simon net 4th league goal in Nantes 5-3 win over Bordeaux

Super Eagles star man – Moses Simon has continued shinning form in Ligue 1 after scoring and assisting for FC Nantes in their 5-3 thrashing of Girondins de Bordeaux on Sunday.

The 26-year-old was brilliant for his club even after Bordeaux seized a 2-0 lead in the first half thanks to goals from M’Baye Niang and Javairo Dilrosun.

At the Beaujoire Stadium, Kalifa Coulibaly pulled one back for Nantes before Ricardo Mangas leveled the score with an own goal.

Simon then set up Coulibaly for a second equalizer, before Enock Kwateng, a former Nantes player, regained Bordeaux’s lead.

After Moses Simon gave Antoine Kombouaré’s squad the lead for the first time in the 76th minute, Osman Bukari clinched the victory in stoppage time.

Moses Simon now has four goals and eight assists in Ligue 1, helping Nantes to a tenth-place finish.
