Emmanuel Dennis grabbed his seventh goal of season when Watford faced Brentford last night.
The 24-year-old was on target once more, heading home a corner in the 24th minute to give Watford the lead.
Before Brentford came from behind to steal a win over the visitors in the Premier League with two late goals.
The Hornets appeared to be on their way to victory until Pontus Jansson equalized with seconds left on the clock – and then Bryan Mbeumo’s penalty stole all three points for the Bees at the death.
Brentford 2-1 Watford was the final score as at full-time.
Thomas Frank’s joy was uncontrollable as he was on cloud nine.
After the disappointment of last week’s late concession, his team reversed the tables after winning with a last-gasp goal of their own.
Dennis currently has seven Premier League goals in 15 games this season. Watford has now lost four games in a row in the Premier League.
The Claudio Ranieri side are now in 17th place with 13 points, barely three points above the relegation zone.
