AC Milan coach Clarence Seedorf believes the Rossoneri’s victory over Sampdoria will help the team continue their growth as a side.
The Rossoneri defeated the Blucerchiati 2-0 in Genoa and the win was proof for Seedorf that his team are beginning to play well on a consistent basis.
“The squad is growing, it is clear that the results help a lot and these three points will give strength for us to continue to grow,” Seedorf told Sky Sport Italia.
“This squad was totally different to the one that was seen on Wednesday [against Atletico Madrid] but we gave as much continuity as we did in the Champions League.”
Adel Taarabt opened the scoring against Sampdoria and Seedorf is satisfied with the Moroccan’s performances for Milan.
“He knows how to play in all three roles behind the centre-forward and we can utilise him like so,” Seedorf said.
“Game after game we will see what he will serve up, [currently] I am very happy with what he is doing.”
