Nigeria forward Izu Azuka has told AfricanFootball.com he is thrilled to start his sojourn in the Kazakhstani league with Irtyshi Pavlodar and also play alongside Burkina Faso star Aristide Bance.

The former Gaziantep BB of Turkey forward said he is enjoying his partnership and friendship with Bance.

 “I thank God that I have started my career here in Kazakhstan. I am enjoying myself here. My target is to score as many goals as possible for my team,” he told AfricanFootball.com

 “Well I am hoping to finish the season on a high with them, by either winning the league with them or finish in the top-three after the championship play-off.

 “I have an African team mate in Bance, the Burkina Faso international. I enjoy his company on and off the pitch, we are getting along well.
