Arsenal fans are desperate for Olivier Giroud to find some form but it seems the striker is still some way from his best.
Things got so bad for the striker that French supporters began booing him in the first-half of an international friendly against Serbia in at the Stade Atlantique in Bordeaux on Monday.
The game ended 2-1 to France but Giroud missed several chances and also gave the ball away which led to Aleksandar Mitrovic scoring for Serbia.
To make matters worse, France manager Didier Deschamps replaced the 28-year-old with Karim Benzema who had been linked with a move to the Emirates for much of the summer.
There is huge pressure on Giroud to start performing given that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger did not bring attacking reinforcements to north London in the transfer window.
And with Danny Welbeck set to be out until Christmas with a knee injury, Giroud being booed by his own international supporters is just about the last thing Gooners need right now.
