Enyeama bags French player of the month award

Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama’s exemplary performance in between the stick hasn’t gone unnoticed as he has been awarded with the French Ligue 1 player of the month award for October, with Paris Saint Germain stars Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani claiming second and third respectively.

Enyeama raked 71% of the votes far ahead of Ibrahimovic, who scored 19% and Cavani, 10%. He will receive his trophy on Sunday before his sideÔÇÖs clash with Toulouse in match day 14.
