Nigeria forward Emem Eduok scored a brace and gave an assist as Esperance defeated Avenir Sportive de La Marsa (AS Marsa) 3-1 in a Tunisian Premier League game Thursday.

 Esperance are third of the league table with 40 points in 21 games.

 The former Dolphins forward, who has been on good form since he joined the Tunisia club this season, scored in the 45th minute to restore parity at 1-1 when he headed in Mhirsi cross.

He assisted Ahmed Akaichi for Esperance second goal in the 90th minute and went on to seal the victory with his second of the night in added time.

 He had an 57th minute effort deflected for corner and also fired over the bar in the 77th minute off Ahmed Akaichi’s pass.

 He has now scored four goals in the league for Esperance.
