Chelsea To Offer Cech A Job After Retirement

Chelsea are planning to bring Petr Cech back to Stamford Bridge in an ambassador or coaching role moment after his retirement disclosure.

Petr Cech had a successful 11 eleven years at Chelsea after joining them from Rennes for £7m in June 2004.

The Chelsea legend won four Premier League titles, four FA Cup trophies, three league cups, one Champions League medal, one Europa league medal and two Community Shields between 2004-2015.

Shortly after the loan return of Thibaut Courtois from Atletico Madrid, Cech lost his first-team place and opted to join Arsenal on a four-year contract on June 2015, for a fee of £10 million.

After losing his place to Bernd Leno at Arsenal, the 36-year-old took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce that he’ll be retiring from football at the end of the season.

Cech has since started his coaching courses with a view of going into management at the of his career and will make a decision about his next step at the end of the season.
