The Nigerian forward scored the equalizer to cancel out Prince Oniangué earlier goal as 10-man Amiens SC came from behind to seal off a 1-1 draw against the Stéphane Moulin side.

Both sides started off well, in a close contest with the first half ending goalless before P. Oniangue fired the home side ahead seven minutes into second half.

Seven minutes later, the Nigerian forward leveled the scores for the visitors. He pulled away from the defenders with a perfect positioning to slot in his 8th league goal of the season and and his 13th in all competitions for Amiens SC.

The 21-year-old, who also have one assist to his name this season should have grabbed a hat-trick in the game but failed to make use of the multiple one-on-one chances he had.

The Philippe Hinschberger team were later reduced to ten men as Owen Gene received a marching order 13 minutes to stoppage time and the hosts failed to capitalize.

The draw sees Amiens SC maintain their spot in 10th position with 42 points after 33 games while Caen remain in 7th with 46 points.

Amiens SC will be facing Le Havre later today and the Nigerian will be hoping to continue from where he left.
