Norwich City has been in excellent form recently and is edging closer to avoiding relegation from the Premier League this season.
After a 3-0 win over Watford at Vicarage Road on Friday night, things appear to be looking up for Dean Smith’s side. They dominated possession and had the better of the chances.
The Hornets were made to regret those wasted chances early in the second half when Sargent got on the end of a Pukki cross.
The American swung his leg back and connected with the ball, sending it pinging against the bottom of the crossbar and over the line to put his team ahead.

The game was then halted for well over ten minutes owing to a floodlight malfunction, but Norwich’s momentum continued.
Sargent doubled his side’s lead just minutes after the restart, getting on the end of a Rashica cross with a spectacular header.
Dennis was sent off in the 74th minute for a second yellow, adding to the home side’s agony, before a Kucka own goal as he attempted to clear an Idah cross gave the visitors a 3-0 victory.
With those three points, the Canaries have moved above Watford and into 17th place, putting them out of the relegation zone for the first time this season.

They’ll play Crystal Palace next, looking to make it three wins in a row in the Premier League.
The hosts’ poor performance means they will tumble into the bottom three, and Ranieri’s job security will be seriously questioned following this encounter.
Then they’ll travel to Burnley for another crucial encounter in the bottom half of the table.
