The Pride of Rivers, Rivers United is seriously paving way for its star players across Europe for better career and personal development and cashing out in the process as well.
Currently, some of its key players have secured moves to different clubs in Europe for undisclosed fees.
Sunday Adetunji, who plays as a forward has completed his move to Macedonian league side FC Shukupi and will wear the number 19 jersey.
According to the 23-year-old;
“I appreciate Rivers United for making this possible, for their understanding and support. It was one of my best NPFL moments, I am grateful,” Adetunji said.

Also, Rivers United key player Godwin Aguda has secured a move to Swedish league side Falkenbergs FF.
The 23-year-old put pen to paper for two and half year contract with the Club, with the option of another year.
Falkenbergs FC were relegated from the top flight division last season and Aguda will be expected to help them back to the top.

Meanwhile, former Rivers United left back, Ogberahwe Solomon has also moved to Danish league side – Jammerbugt FC and will be wearing the number 27 jersey.
The 22-year-old already featured in a 2-1 defeat away from home to 1st Division side, AC Horsens on Sunday after coming in as a sub in 81 minutes to replace Mads Larsen.
