The head of coach of Rangers international – Abdul Maikaba has sent a congratulatory message to Rivers United for emerging the 2021/22 Nigeria Professional Football League champions.
Coach Maikaba took to his official twitter page to celebrate with his colleague in the field – Stanley Eguma, calling him a highly intelligent and great tactician for winning the 2021/22 NPFL title.
Abdul Maikaba wrote on his page;

As they prepared to represent the nation in continental football, the Rangers coach urged Stanley Eguma and his Rivers United team to keep up their positive momentum and put smiles on the faces of all Nigeria League supporters.
“We urge them not to rest or relax on their `laurels’, but to continue with that positive energy putting smiles on the faces of all Nigeria League followers as they will represent in the Continent.” – coach Abdul Maikaba wrote.
The Port Harcourt outfit grabbed the league title after Plateau United fell to a crushing 2-1 defeat against Akwa United on matchday 35 in Uyo last weekend.
