Senior man Kelechi Iheanacho’s impressive form his club Leicester City has left his hype-man and teammate Wilfred Ndidi a happy and proud man.

Ndidi revealed this after Iheanacho’s latest goalscoring outing for the Foxes against WBA last night in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old scored what was the icing on the cake as Leicester thrashed the Magpies 3-0 at the King Power in a rescheduled match to seal a first double over their visitors in the league since 1938.
The goal took his tally to 11 in his last eight matches for the club 9 in the PL (his best scoring season in the league, and 16th for the season in all competitions.

Speaking after the match, his hype-man, Ndidi told their club TV he was happy and proud of what his compatriot is doing.
“He just can’t stop scoring at the moment,” Ndidi told LCFCTV. “I’m so happy for him, very proud. I just want him to keep doing the things and scoring to help the team.”
“As a player, you need to believe in yourself and I see it in him now – he believes in himself and the confidence is there now,” the defensive midfielder added.

Ndidi was also outstanding on the night, winning more tackles (5) and making more recoveries (10) than any player on the night as Leicester kept a deserved clean sheet against WBA, who had another Nigeria, CB, Semi Ajayi on the pitch.
