Opportunities missed and lost sees Manchester United play out a 0-0 draw against Watford during their Premier League at Old Trafford on Saturday evening.
Manchester United played excellently in the first half, dominating the most of possession but failed to score the game-winner.
Watford looked lot more solid, though they didn’t give De Gea anything to worry about on the opposite end of the pitch.
In the 30th minute, Ronaldo thought he had scored for United, his strike hit the right side of the post, while Fernandes came the closest to scoring for United, but missed two one-on-one chances.
The Red Devils United had 67 percent possession and ten shots in the first half, 7 of which were inside the box but just one was on target.
In the second half, Manchester United continued to put pressure on Watford, aiming to hit at least a goal, but they were unable to do so.

Watford gave it their all, but they didn’t seem to be in a scoring position, as they hung on for a clean sheet and a crucial point.
Following United’s goalless draw, boos resound around Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are still in fourth place in the Premier League, but they will miss out on a chance to extend their advantage over Arsenal, who are already two points behind them with three games to go.

Rangnick’s side attempted 22 shots, but just three were successful. The failure of United to defeat smaller opponents cost them the game.
Watford are still in 19th place, but they have gained momentum in their ability to avoid relegation.
