Pep Guardiola won his fourth Premier League title in the most doubtful of conditions, defeating Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa 3-2.
Only Sir Alex Ferguson has won more Premier League titles than Man City manager Pep Guardiola, and he is one trophy ahead of both Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho.
Though some of his early choices were questionable, substitutes Zinchenko and Sterling brought in more momentum in the second half, and Gundogan’s double was crucial.
After their second consecutive comeback from a two-goal deficit, City were crowned champions in a thrilling finish to an exciting two-horse race.
