LaLiga giants Barcelona have slammed 100 million euros as the buyout clause for new signing Sergio ‘Kun’ Aguero.
This much Football411 can report after Barca confirmed an agreement has been reached with the Manchester City legend to join the club on a free transfer on Monday.
“FC Barcelona and (Sergio) Agüero have reached an agreement for the player to join the Club when his contract with Manchester City expires (this summer),” the club said in a statement via their official social media account.

32-year-old Aguero is expected to put pen to paper on a two-year deal that will see him stay at Camp Nou until the summer of 2023, with his release clause set at 100 million euros.
“The player will sign a contract until the end of the 2022/23 season and his buy out clause is set at 100 million euros,” the club added.
Aguero’s return to La Liga comes 10 years after he left current champions, Atletico Madrid for English side, Manchester City, with whom the Argentine recently lost the Champions League with to Chelsea.
In his ten years as a Cityzen, he won numerous titles with the club, becoming their all-time top scorer, and the foreigner with the most goals in Premier League history.

He made 390 appearances for City, scoring 260 goals and won 15 titles and cups.
Aguero will be presented as a Barca player later Monday evening but will join the club officially on July 1 when his contract at City expires.
