Mason Mount pulled the Blues back into the contest with a crisp strike just 15 minutes into the encounter.
Rudiger then tied the game 3-3 on aggregate with a beautiful header past Courtois six minutes into the second half.
In the 75th minute, Timo Werner put the Blues ahead. The German kept his composure and hammered a low strike into the back of the net.
Luka Modric, on the other side, used a bit of magic to break down the visitors’ defense, allowing Rodrygo to tie the game and force extra time.
