Raphinha, a winger for Leeds United, is presently the favorite to sign with Chelsea after the Blues made an offer that may be worth up to £65 million, plus add-ons.
In order to capture the services of the Brazilian, the Blues have already surpassed their rivals Barcelona and Arsenal, who were already monitoring the player’s condition.
As reports regarding the Brazilian attacker joining Thomas Tuchel’s team instead gain traction, Raphinha seems poised to skip both Barcelona and Arsenal interest.
Fabrizio Romano claims that a deal between the Blues and Leeds has reached “complete agreement,” and the winger must now accept the personal terms.

According to rumors, Chelsea’s offer of £60 million was accepted by Leeds while calls from Barcelona and Arsenal to negotiate Raphinha’s deal went unanswered.
Barcelona and the winger apparently already have personal terms in place, but the Catalans are currently unable to fund a move.
Raphinha will be a member of a reorganized frontline at Stamford Bridge after Romelu Lukaku struggled to impress Thomas Tuchel during his time and formally returned to Inter.
If the deal is accepted, Raphinha would choose whether or not to relocate.
Chelsea have already sent an official proposal to Raphinha and his agent Deco to discuss personal terms as Boehly wants to be fast to avoid problems. Work in progress. ?? #CFC
