Frustrating night for Graham Potter and his Chelsea army as they managed to seal off a goalless draw during their visit at Brentford Community Stadium.
Wednesday night’s Premier League match between Brentford and Chelsea ended in a scoreless tie, despite numerous chances for Chelsea to score in the dying seconds.
Although the Bees would be feeling they should have left with the three points, both teams had opportunities to win the contest.
Kepa Arrizabalaga denied Ivan Toney three chances, while Bryan Mbeumo headed a free header direct at the Chelsea goalie.

The Blues had their moments at the opposite end as well, but guess what? At the sound of the final whistle, they had to settle for a point since they were unable to break through Brentford’s formidable backline.
Chelsea lost two points last night, which is unfortunate given how aggressively they attacked in the second half. Off the bench, Christian Pulisic was outstanding, and Aubameyang’s link-up play was a valuable tool.
